How we started
Rooted in humble beginnings, Virtual Champions launched in February this year. Our service was initially limited to ClickUp consulting services only.
However, our clients would later require other services like Project Management or Virtual Assistance or would need help with Process Design, SOP documentation, etc. They’d often ask for recommendations, so we decided to offer those services, too!
We’ve kept our eye on the prize, ever since: becoming the top choice for ClickUp implementation & outsourcing solutions that businesses and Filipino freelancers always choose to work with.
Now, our hard work has paid off.
In just eight months, our agency has delivered 1,700+ work hours to 90+ clients based in different parts of the world.

As champions of women, we recognize the limited choices women can make when they’re fully dependent on their husband to provide for the family. (Without any means for the woman to help with the finances, the husband takes on the pressure of being a sole provider. The situation is often problematic).
The lack of economic options may force many into staying in unhappy marriages, especially in the Philippines, where divorce is yet to be legalized.
Women who suddenly become single with children, will have to provide for their kids. Sometimes, the only way is leaving the country.
To any parent who decided to work overseas to pay the bills, it’s heartbreaking to come home to a child who sees you as a stranger. Especially if you may have only a few days – or, if you’re lucky, a month – to spend with your family.
There’s also the guilt that a good number of women feel for leaving their children to pursue a career of their own.
So we’re committed to empowering women, and giving competent, reliable Filipino freelancers the opportunity to achieve financial freedom and get their lives back. Without having to leave the country unwillingly, settle for minimum wage and being exploited at work.
Champions for business owners
We’re also driven to help business owners get the most out of their ClickUp, and keep it running like a well-oiled machine, so they have the freedom to scale.
When businesses successfully scale, they’re in a better position to improve more lives and serve their customers better.
However, with remote team members or multiple projects to manage, it can feel overwhelming for anyone to figure out ClickUp on their own. We take care of this using customized solutions and at a fraction of the cost, without compromising the quality of our services.
