Files called “final_v3_reallyfinal” are a one-way ticket to confusion.
Create a naming convention for files and folders so you (and your future self) can find anything in seconds.
Example: YYMMDD_ClientName_Project_Task
Adding the date in front allows you to arrange files in chronological order.
3. Batch Similar Tasks Together
Switching between 10 types of work kills your focus.
Instead, group similar tasks like content creation, admin work, and client calls into dedicated blocks of time.
Your brain will thank you.
4. Set a Weekly Digital Clean-Up Ritual
Every Friday, spend 15 minutes deleting, archiving, or organizing digital clutter.
It’s like cleaning your kitchen before cooking, it makes everything run smoother.
